I get SOOOOO Like tense when i see or hear nails on a chalkboard its like OMG STOP. Do any of you get annoyed like me?

    Of course it's annoying. So much so that people use the term "nails on a chalkboard" for instances which are irritating and aren't actually about nails on chalkboards:P.

    Youngies have it easy now considering many schools opt for white boards now.

    But yeah just thinking about it makes me cringe.

    I hate the sound of nails on a chalkboard but I remember when I was in my high school German class in my freshman year the most awesome thing happened. This skinny, smart ass, rebel wannabe guy in his leather jacket and combat boots went to the front of the class while the teacher was out of the room and slashed his fingernails down the chalkboard then this one chick started crying and shaking uncontrollably. It was totally worth the awful sound, shivers and goose bumps it gave me!

    I do not know why but when I scratch my nails on anything it will hurt my hears
