It's literally a cause of tinnitus. Might want to downvote yourself.

It's always whack when a nigga experiences tinnitus in the ears. If you was in da hood we'd fix that shit asap with a maneuver we call the Epley Maneuver.
Them crystals in yo ears were dislodged from inside your coglia and it makes the hairs vibrate at the wrong times yo.
It could also be that you, as the nigga in question, have a wax build-up in yo ears or you clogged the aforementioned ears by cleaning them too aggressively.
If you gots blood pressure issues I'd definitely tell you to give the Epley Maneuver a try, fo' sho'.
    That's what's up

Dont know why that was downvoted since deafness isnt a normal trait whatsoever. It happens just most people dont expect it until we get older.

Get things checked out by the appropriate Dr. Audiologist, or other ear Dr.

This is not normal; and the sooner you catch certain problems the better off you can be later. People have lost their hearing by ignoring symptoms like this - that was totally preventable.

    I have tinnitus too.
You learn to live with and ignore it if you're not sensitive to these "phony tones" as I call them.
I manage to ignore it fine.
The cause is listening to things too loud without adequate ear protection (drummers are a big victim of this) or listening to music too loudly.
My dad is hard of hearing so he plays his music really loudly and that had caused my tinnitus as a child, I have since gotten noise reduction headphones that I wear, I don't play any music through them, I just wear them to protect my hearing from further deterioration.
Another potential cause is a head injury, or smoking (nicotine not weed).

Edit: I do recommend seeing and audiologist or your doctor who can refer you to one.

Concur with those suggesting you seek a professional's opinion.

Also agree that listening to very loud music - especially when it's piped directly into your ears - can cause ringing.

Do you smoke or vape? Nicotine can also cause tinnitus.

    • I do not smoke or vape. And the ringing can just occur suddenly when I haven’t been listening to loud music.

        There's also this:

"A few cases of Tinnitus do appear to be associated with how you sit, your position when lying down, or on turning the head. The pressure on your muscles, nerves, or blood vessels, as well as changes in the blood flow following these types of positions or movements, could also affect the intensity of your Tinnitus."

You ever consider there might be something actually ringing around you at all times?

    • Sometimes I ask my friends or family if they can hear it but they say they can’t. The ringing is around no matter where I go.

I have the same. I can usually ignore it unless it's really quiet at night. A fan or white noise machine might help.
