Nikolas cruz needs to be dismembered immediately

Nickolas Cruz has not been given the death penalty. I know that the families of all who were killed or victimized want him to burn in hell. The only reason he is still alive today is because of America's stupid laws. If it was allowed, the entire courtroom would attack him and literally rip him limb from limb, as they should. However, this is not allowed, and the judges and police actually agree to this. If anyone tried to even curse him out, they would be silenced because of " Courtroom order". If someone tried to attack him, the police would defend him.

This is just so wrong and contradictory on so many levels. There has been much outrage over the fact that he won't be killed. It's obvious that people want him dead. The government won't give it to them because of their screwed up laws and how they are created. If America abandoned at least part of the constitution and allowed cruel and unusual punishment, crime would go down. If a person is a mass shooter, the death penalty should ALWAYS be an option. The police should nit defend or protect murders in the courtroom. He HAS been proven guilty. Now is the time for severe punishment and elimination. The fact he is still alive shows the sad state of America today. He didn't respect the many people he killed. Why should we treat him many better?!!! He needs to die NOW!!! FUCK YOU, nikolas cruz, we all hope you die and burn in hell.

          Not a chance, he’ll remain in pc on near permanent lockdown. Mass murderers and most serial killers of note are not in gen pop due to the level of infamy surrounding their cases.

          That’s why so very few of them have been killed in prison historically.

          It’s disgraceful the death penalty wasn’t an option in this case, if it applied to anyone it’s this rat faced bozo.

    The government should not be allowed to kill someone just because other people want them dead. If other people want me dead, that doesn't mean that I should be allowed to be killed, regardless of who tf I am.

    There were so many warnings beforehand about Cruz that people ignored. It was an absolute failure of the mental health, legal, and school system that the shooting happened. Cruz was an openly bigoted psychopath who was incredibly open about how much he hated blacks, Muslims, police, how he tortured and killed animals, and was recommended multiple times by professionals to be institutionalized but wasn't.

    And then 17 people died and 17 more people were brutally injured.

    There's a constant problem with males not being taken seriously by the mental healthcare system and horrific things happening because of it. I really don't understand it. There *IS* a difference between how males and females are treated and I have experienced it as a woman. I could vaguely reference being suicidal and I would be 51/50ed. This guy was a full blown psychopath and his treatment was completely inadequate.

    He totally deserves it, but there's a reason for "court rule". If we didn't have that in place then every case would turn into mob vengeance. Look at how rampant lynching is in African countries. Hard to argue that would be better than what we have here
