No interest in exams helppppppppppppp

I have the most major exams in my life gcses starting 2wks from today.but I have no feeling or energy to study,I fALL asleep or get distracted when I read my textbks and I'm afraid to try pastpapers bc they make me feel incompetent.the thing is that I'm a straight a student so my parents and teachers trust me to study but I can't and don't know where to start.is this normal,help pls

    This is performance anxietey. Simply start with something small (ex: study 1 page), then if this was not as bad as you tought, try another one. Small objectives together makes great accomplishement. Take very small bites.

    find something that will keep you slightly distracted, and try to study at the same time. Make a game out of it. I don't know.

    Once you've cracked your GCSEs, if you choose to do a levels it will be much less intimidating to revise, trust me and good luck!!

    Clean up your room... Like .. Insane clean... I was just like you. Then after the cleaning take the tip above me . The go sit for it ( mobile phobe outside the room) the learn small bits as said before^^

  • oki here is a tip drink some coffe make youre room like bored proof. dont have the comp on tv on nothing sit on the desk then open youre book concetrate dont have youre cell or anything on anything tht can distract you
