No matter what i sweat in my sleep

Okay so I know it’s normal to sweat in your sleep or whatever but I feel like that’s usually because a blanket holds all your heat in, but I can literally fall asleep on the couch for 2 hours with no blanket nice and cool and wake up hot and sweaty, is there any real reason for this? You’d think since your body slows down when you slept you’d be colder, idk what’s the deal guys.

Help us keep this site organized and clean. Thanks!

    I'm a hot guy.

Not physically attractive (at all) but temperature wise.

    Doubly so when I sleep.

Like I end up really cold on cold nights because I sweat so much.

    But still sweating.

Are you overweight because I read somewhere that fat people sweat more than healthy people
