Do you eat by any chance a lot of carbs and sodium? If so, this will let your potassium level drop and can cause anxiety.
Check your diet first, because most people eat too much carbs and sodium and get too less potassium inside.
Had panic attack EVERY night after I saw Mars attack when I was a kid. I was seeing the girl coming for me.
Had 2-3 panic attack as a kid where I felt my bed was a very small bed, I could not move.
Had panic attack after some nightmare from kids to teenager.
Had panic attack after drinking too much after 18yo. Especially if I got woke up while falling asleep, even if it was the morning.
Had a panic attack one night for no reason, I saw ''Nosferatus'' near me, he touched me then I woke up and everything was the same as the dream without nosferatus. I was like 22.
Had a panic attack too when I was 19 now that I remember. Got drunk 2 successive nights. I got back at my parents house, watched the shadow until they looked liked people. But they got too real. I wanted to look away but they were not going away. I was probably self hypnotised or just having a nightmare.. it was at first incredibly awesome then it became a nightmare.
Last panic attack. The worst of all. Got drunk. Woke up a morning. Felt good damn. Someone knocked at my door. I was too tired to open. The door exploded. I saw myself with no eye coming like a ghost to eat me. A little girl rushed like flash on me. She screamed so hard but no sound. She had no eye too. I heard someone screaming. I am like 100% sure it was me, I'm certain that I was hearing myself screaming outside the nightmare. I could not woke up I was trapped inside the dream. Then I got ejected. I was like 24 and I have quited heavy drinking since a long time, I'm almost 26 now and did not had a panic attack / nightmare.
Horrible experience but worth it.. I guess.
When I was little, Blade just came out. He was so badass, but that movie gave me bloody nightmares that lasted for a while.
I could barely go pee at night.
