i am planning on getting a nokia smart phone soon because of thier free unlimited access to GPS navigation as well as other features all for a very reasonable price. Two phones on my list are Nokia C7 and Nokia N8. Which of the two would be a better buy?

Nokia sucks some serious ass, bro! Trust me, I work for my country's largest Mobile Network provider for 5 years and I've been messing with smartphones since their first launch... Symbian (Nokia's OS platform) used to be one of the best OS's in the past but now it's way more than dead!!! Nokia is nowadays one of the most poorly constructed and low quality handsets manufacturers in the market... I would strongly suggest you to get yourself an Android phone (Android OS is the present AND the future of smartphones) like an HTC (endless customisation possibilities) or a Samsung (Great and top-quality manufacturer), I prefere HTC cause I can work miracles with my phone's apps! Follow my advice and you won't EEEEEEEEEVER regret it!!! Peace.
And I agree. Part of my job is developing apps and content for phones and I think Android is the smart choice. My current phone is Windows, but my next phone will be an Android.
I've just ordered a Samsung Galaxy S2, is that the biggest mistake of my life considering the phone I had previous was practically a Nokia 3310? Touch screens make me wanna cry and wet my pants so it's gonna take a little getting used to
Ooh, we may be phone buddies soon. I'm changing in the next month or two and my current choice is a Galaxy S2. I like it because I'm a geek and there are about a million things to configure and play with. As for you, I think you're going to need to invest in new pants. :P Least we'll be phone buddies, though. If that counts for anything.
Thanks a bunch man! i was focusing on the 8mp Camera, free GPS nav Combo. all for a reasonable price. Ive been searching 4 android phones with these features within the same price range. My friend uses HTC. Not sure of the model...
But i was highly impressed with the UI.I noticed tough, that pictures taken with the phone indoors appear reddish(Hardware issues).Moreover for Android GPS nav im guessing u need a data plan for it to work.
Anyways ill take a closer look at the Android phones. Thanks for your advice!!
If you just want a good phone, Android will do. If you want to play games, Android has lots of them. If you want to develop software, Android apps are made with Java that is really easy to learn.

I got a galaxy s 2 last week and it is fantastic. Literally can do shit loads with it. Even overclocked the processor up to 1.5 just for the hell of making it even faster.
