Normal that videos i play keep freezing/ buffering?

Every video I try watching videos now, they keep freezing and buffering every minute or even every several seconds, and the freezes are getting longer, and the videos are also now starting to then stop completely with the pop up saying "connection stopped". I don't know why it's suddenly doing this, could it just be faulty connections due to more people being online than ever now? Too much stored data on my phone? But I don't think it's that because I deleted a lot of my stored data and the videos are still freezing. Could it be my phone itself? It's an old cheap phone. Or, my bigger concern, could it be a malware virus? Is this sudden constant freezing and buffering normal?

    Did you get all that? ;) Try installing Clean Master and ruM it to get rid of junk files and free up some memory. Go into history on your phone. Clean all data browsing data and images and files. Maybe your phone needs upgrading? You mentioned it was an older phone. You can get good deals on phones that are a few models down from the top.
