Normal to catalog and store daily semen samples?

Everyday I keep a sample of my semen.i make a notation of my mood that day and nutrition habits. It is meticulously kept and carefully climate controlled. I hope to utilize my system to make predictions on which semen sample is the most potent. Is it normal to do this?
For those of you that were wondering I do an AM sample and PM sample that is scheduled at the same time EVERYDAY. It's been 6 months and 16 days so far....

    How do you evaluate it? Do you have a high power microscope to observe the motility of the sample?
