I love steaks medium rare or rare, can't stand them well done, even medium is not flavorful enough. Normal to love em rare? Anyone else does?
Personally I used to lo 've medium rare till I tried a slice of my dad's medium well. That was so damn tasty I switched over, people look at me like I'm weird and say it's so dry though but to me it's juicy and yummy and perfect and trust me I hate dry meat. Anyways yes it's normal. An old coworker of mine liked his red as fuck barely even cooked. It was gross but to each there own
Of course. It is only respectful to the chef, to the rancher, and to the cow itself. I'm not going to talk about the crap restaurants serve the 'well done' crowd. They don't know what they're eating at that point anyways.
personally I like them medium rarish to medium but whatever floats your boat man.
i eat a well fatted ribeye from red to grey with a black exterior and anything in between, why because its tender no matter what . and there you have it .
