Normal to speak gibberish/screaming at my dog?

When I talk to my dog, her name is polly, i will speak in a baby voice to her. Of course I know this is normal, but it slowly turns into gibberish. And I know a lot of people still speak gibberish to their dogs but if no one stops me I will legit start screaming in her face. It's not a bad dog loud voice thing but more of a high pitched constant squeal. Is this normal?

    Lots of dogs respond well to baby talk, but screaming at them isn't a good idea. You should be able to tell from the dog's reaction whether this is a good thing to do or not
