is it normal as a 27 female to still soil my underwear , sometimes go to the gym and don't shower , sometimes don't wash my hair for a week after hairblowing it ? , also my room isn't tidy , the closet is messy and so are other things ?

Point it, I agree with yumyum85 - and I am guessing it is more of an issue of properly cleaning yourself after using the toilet. In general, it is not the worst thing in the world. Just something to bring attention to. I think all of us have had phases.

You could be suffering from mild depression. When I was depressed my personal hygiene went out the window, as embarassing as it was. I just couldn't make myself do certain things. But on the outside I was a normal, productive person, nobody knew what I was struggling with. My best advice is to eat a good diet, exercise, find some new music, and turn yourself around.
