Not an is it normal but does any here suffer with migraine?

I suspect I suffer from migraine and I have some questions about my symptoms if they sound familiar.

I've had 2 rally bad visual auras in the past with kaledioscope vision and it lasted 30 minutes each then I got a headache. The first time I was on the bus and I was really stressed and the bus was completely full. Luckily it happened right when I was going to step off the bus and at first I thought the sun was reflecting weirdly on my sunglasses somehow but then I realized it was my eyes and there was rainbow colors in one side of my vision all the time very strongly I ran home and was very frightened I thought I was going to die but pretty fast it stopped so I just got an aspirin and went to bed because I got such a bad headache afterwards. This has only happened twice so its unusual.

However I get other symptoms. I believe I am about to have it now because my vision on only eye is blurry I also feel a little unstable/dizzy and my head is hurting increasingly much. Leading up to this i've had a mild headache on and off for about a week as well as feeling extremely tired, my body has felt heavy and stiff and i'v been kind of "off" with zoning out a lot, losing focus and having extremely little energy, feeling a little sick in my stomach and trouble sleeping. The headache is all over just everywhere but the strongest in temples and forehead.

Sounds exactly like a migraine. The first time I had one I had no idea what was happening and I told my boyfriend "I'M GOING BLIND IN MY RIGHT EYE!!!" And when I described it he just went "Awww, poor Lorna, you're getting a migraine, go lie down".

And, yes, pain mainly in temples. Hurts like a bitch, sorry you have it.

That does sound very much as if you are indeed experiencing migraines, but it would be a good idea to see your doctor to be sure. There are specific medications for migraine which you might like to have on hand. Some people have managed to prevent migraines with daily doses of feverfew capsules.

I started getting them around puberty and they didn't really let up until menopause, and definitely decreased in both severity and frequency over the years.

It would be helpful if you could work out what your personal triggers are: mine have ranged from sun glare and flickering fluorescent tubes to white chocolate and some people report that tomatoes or caffeine or red wine can do the same thing.

People can be really, and truly awful when they call customer service, and sometimes they even scream in your ear. Of course I usually hung up on anyone who screamed in my ear.

I have had migraines twice in my life.

Both times were extremely high stress situations.

They went away when I got out of that stress situation,
