Obsessed with getting a new hobby

Currently, it's playing the keyboard, after seeing some amazing youtube videos of popular music songs that I can get really busy trying to learn to play.

As if getting a new hobby and being engrossed in it will take away the pain of being completely lonely.

Anyone else?

    I've wanted to get into keytar, but they're just so damn expensive!!

    i play electric bass and study music intensly. i met loads of people through this and now all my friends are reelatied to my hobbie :)

    Im confused, Are you asking if its normal to get new hobbies? Be lonely? Try to avoid being lonely by preoccupying youself with a new hobby? or all of those combined?

    Makes sense
    But if you're lonley, why don't you try going out and making that different?
    You'll never get what you want if you don't make an effert to change the nessesary
