Oh god, it's backing up again

I woke up nauseous, and then all of a sudden I felt like everything was going in the wrong direction. And then..... bam, I threw up diarrhea. Literal diarrhea. Why does this keep happening? None of the doctors know what it could be. They say this has never been reported in the medical literature and there's no blockage, and they're thinking I have some sort of rare genes that causes my digestive system to sometimes reverse and cause feces to come out of my mouth instead of my arse. This is pure hell
