One of my testicles is swollen and painful, is it normal?

Few days ago I woke up and one of my testicles was hurting. I ignored it and the pain eventually decreased, but it didn't completely go away. It has been around 2 weeks now, and one of my testicles is still swollen and it hurts if I press it.
