Orange/brown rusty palms of hands

I have rusty orange/brown spots at the palm of my hands, it kind of is like a bump so it might be a callus but it's been on both of my hands for years and it's very embarrassing please help!

    I've heard that if a guy masturbates too much he gets hairy palms, but rusty orange/brown spots? Nope. Let us know what the doctor says.
