Out of breath normal as obese individual?

I weigh about 310 pounds and it seems like I'm constantly out of breath, from just moving a little bit or doing nothing. I have bad knees so I am sitting most of the time.

    It's normal for obese people to be out of breath easily

    Breathlessness is normal if you're obese and so is a severely restricted life and an early death

        Fat isn't the same as obese and neither are disgusting, but can be unhealthy
