One of the things that annoy me so much when people speak, is i sometimes hear them say "pacifically, rather than specifically" it irritates me so much, even if they were a fluent English speaker. It's almost calling a necklace a Neck- Lace.

I've never heard anyone use "unimpatient", but that's a good one; it's a double-negative in a single word. How about this for a convoluted sentence: "I ain't got no time to not be unimpatient."
"Pacifically" is actually a word (meaning in a peaceable manner), but you seem to be saying that some people believe it means something like "in general". I find that seriously strange.
English is a constantly evolving language, I do my best to not slip into grammar-Nazi mode, and I try to bear in mind that people may have interesting and important things to say even if their communication skills are limited. Still, I find it very difficult not to pigeonhole people who consistently mangle their native tongue.
My younger sister has a college degree, and still makes these kind of stupid mistakes. She gets angry when I correct her. So I sit there in silence with a smirk on my face trying not to burst into laughter. It's like she has dyslexia of the mouth. She pretends there's nothing wrong, but people do take notice. One of my aunts actually asked me if my sister has a speech impediment.
Or when someone says "I could care less" instead of "I couldn't care less" that really gets me or when they say "suppoSABLY" instead of "supposedly" 🤦‍♀️
Also a bonus one is "feb-u-erry". it's actually pronounced "FEB-RUE-ERRY"
How about when people use "that" when the word should be "who"?

Oh there’s a slew of mispronunciations that irk me: “ax” for ask, “wiff” for with, “Febuary” for February, “specially” for especially and “probly” for probably just to name a few.
