Peeling skin off

I peel and bite the skin around my nails off, to the point where i can bleed heavily. I've had this habit for a couple off years, and if i try not to do it, i get STRONG urges, and end up doing it. Whenever i don't use my hands, i do it.

    I love to peel my callouses and also my lips! I love when my whole lip comes off and when it bleeds. I love the taste of it. Maybe I'm a vampire.

    Sounds like just a nervous or anxious trait. I don't know how to help except to say it looks unattractive both while doing it and after you chewed your self up. If you don't care if you look unattractive then keep doing it otherwise stop immediately!
