Penis size shrink
Im a plus sized male and I have a thick penis genuine concern of mine is if i lose weight would i also lose that thickness?

No, you won't lose any girth since there's no fat in the penis; it's a couple of chambers that fill with blood covered in a thin layer of skin.
What will probably happen if you lose weight is that your penis will look longer (and have more functional length) since the base of the penis tends to get sort of submerged under the pad of fat on the pubic bone when you're overweight.

Yes! That plus a few other things.
1. Your penis will look bigger by proximity than it did before because the rest of your body will be smaller.
2. You will probably get a fuller erection if you lose fat because an overabundance of fat tissue can inhibit blood flow to extremities.
3. If you lose weight it will improve how long you last in bed and your sexual confidence on the whole.
So PLEASE do lose the weight! I can help you if you want I am a PT after all.
