I don't know if any other females has experienced this, but when I'm on my period I fart and the fart rolls to the front taking some blood with it. So it just turns into period bubbles and I have to squeeze my legs together to pop it. It feels so weird, I'm actually on my heaviest right now so I have to use multiple pads to prevent leakage.
No I do not use tampons and never will.
I am actually gobsmacked with this one. Just when you think it can't get any weirder in here, out comes another jewel.
While I can share that it's one of my pet peeves about menstrual cups...
Who wears multiple pads and how could that possibly work? Firstly, they're impermeable on the bottom, so there would be no sense in layering them because the liquid couldn't seep from one into the other. Secondly, if you put one pad in front of the other, either the menses would seep out through the gap between the two pads, or your pubes would get stuck in the adhesive part.
So unless you use weird pads, or what you mean by 'pad' is really 'toilet paper'...
I mean, respect to you for normalising period talk, but please do divulge further.
