Please tell me how to lose weight if you love food
Keeping this a yes/no because I also want to know if this is normal. But yeah, I would do anything to lose weight, but the problem is that I am horrible about committing to something, and I also love food. I would happily cut off both of my legs just to be able to eat without gaining any weight. I lift weights quite a lot, and I know that I have very high metabolism, too. I want to be so thin, everybody is scared for me. I have tried to vomit the food I eat, but I cant seem to trigger my vomiting. I remember seeing a vid about picturing all food as dirt, and It works pretty well, but my family would kill me if they found out I stopped eating. I am almost 5'3" and my weight fluctuates between 120 and 130 lbs. My goal is 115, then 110, then 105, etc. All the way down to around 70 lbs, give or take. (i am not fully grown though) I want to be so thin that I have to make my own clothes just for them to fit me right. Anyway, yeah. please tell me ways to bypass this, and/or answer if this is normal. Thank you!
