Please tell me what this spot is?

Hello, I have noticed this spot in the back of my mouth on the right side on plato pharyngeal arch, i have had the spot for over 6 years,. I have not had any swallowing, speech, or sore throat issues. The spot has not grown larger. I am just curious if this is just a darker vein, or just a spot. the picture is does not show the true color, its more of like a light brown. here is a link to the image https://ibb.co/vYZ9dcC

    It looks like you have another on the other side, just not as dark. I'm not a medical professional though, so that's the best I can give.

      Thank you. I was told its harmless, and is called
      lymphoid aggregate
