Poll: dogs or cats?

I like both, but I’ve never had a cat and I’ve had a dog before, so I’ll have to say dogs!

I like both. I have a dog & cats. They are such different pets with such different needs.

If i had to choose though, i'm slightly partial to cats. They are just amazing.

I love my dog though.

I've had cats and I've had dogs. I prefer dogs. They're more cuddly and we can run around together like maniacs. The cats always seemed to leave people alone.

      My dog always smelled like dog.
      
      It wasn't a bad smell, just a distinctive one.
      
      I almost got a new baby but didn't for various reasons. I'm still heartbroken over it.

        That dog smell always gives me a headache. I don't know why but I've always hated it. I've heard that people sometimes don't like the cat smell but to me they always smell clean.

        I totally get it. My female has skin issues and if I don't bathe her regularly, she stinks. That person just seemed to be being a poohead.

    The dogs I had didn't smell bad. I kept their fur clean and brushed. They did have this, normal, light smell most dogs seem to have though.

      That's just it, it's the natural smell I can't stand, although I had a pit bull that I loved dearly and kept until she unfortunately passed away. It's my nose, not the dogs.
      
      Cats and rabbits always smell good to me so i always try to adopt them over canines.

Im the only guy i know that prefers cats. I cant stand barking and licking. It really pisses me off. My cats leave me alone.

    I use to have a pitbull then I went to jail and my parents gave him away 😭😢 and then they turned around and bought a different pitbull that same month. I about never forgave them

I like both, but I prefer dogs because dogs actually like you and each have their own personality.

Cats just kind of use humans and they all act the same, but I love it when they're kittens or just playful, when they turn into adults then no, dogs win.

Watch how a cat will act after leaving them for a week, then see how a dog reacts.

Cats only win because they're the most common, only because they're easy to look after.

I always thought I was a dog person, but I think my personality is a lot more like a cats, so I’d say cats. Dogs are too needy and energetic for me.

  My cats arent like that but their mom was a ferile cat that we started feeding then she had kittens. We raised played with the kitten everyday and now they're really cool. They will wrestle with you and shit. One of them acts like a dog. Its craycray

I like both cats, and dogs, but specifically Siamese cats, and Shetland Sheepdogs. I like affectionate, and intelligent animals that have something to say.
