The Next Generation.
I like the android character Data's exploration of human-ness although Spock's (TOS) and The Doctor's EMH (VOY) exploration of human-ness from the perspective of half-human half-Vulcan and hologram respectively do come close and are also interesting.
I also love Jean-Luc Picard's/Patrick Stewart's voice best of all the Star Trek captains. I could listen to it all day.
