Buy you some rice, and beans in bulk if you're trying to save money on food, dear heart!
Drink water. You are dying right now because you are dehydrated. Put yourself on a 2 day fast system.
The single most nutritious "super food" out there is Liver; and its very cheap as most people don't want to eat it.
It is quite possible to overdose on vitamins if you eat too much of it in a week or two. Once your body is caught up an average of 1/2 - 3/4 Lb a week is enough for adequate vitamins a week for a person.

In my area I have to drive 20 miles to even find a store that stocks liver (in frozen meat section). My local grocery stores do not stock it as the demand is so low.
The next most nutritious cheap food is "oats" (whole, cut, rolled). This is actually more nutritious than rice or beans.
I'd buy some oats and liver. You can not only survive on those - but nutritionally thrive on them.
I wish you the best with this - and want you to nutritionally thrive...
If you’re trying to subsist, at least get some nourishment. Milk costs as much as a coke, and a piece of fruit woul$ be better than popcorn.
Dumbass. Go stand outside a fast food restaurant. Most people will be happy to buy you food instead of give you money.
Dont save money that way lest u wanna land in a hospital due to malnourishment.
If you want to save money, go learn to cook. You could make a really good hearty and healthy meal for like a dollar per serving. But lets say you don't have a kitchen (if your a uni student or something). Try finding a cheap local restaurant. Popcorn may be cheap but what you get for it nutrition wise is dog shit, meaning despite the price it's still a waste of money because it doesn't serve the purpose of giving you the right nutrients.
