Possibility of a seizure?

Hello i have never ever experienced a seizure before but i fear that watching a strong pattern of flickering or flashing lights will suddenly trigger one off. this all started when i heard about the Banned pokemon episode which caused photosensitive seizures across japan. i even had a dream that my brother put this episode on, i covered my eyes, but i could still see the red and blue flashing through my hands. so anyway is it likely that a seizure could occur? i suffer with some anxiety so it could be me panicking over nothing, i know there are people who actually suffer with this disorder but i think im just being a twat??????

    I have this fear. My brother has seizures. I'm scared of seeing him have one! My daughter was tested for epilepsy and she had to watch flashing lights at the hospital while drs read her brain pattern. I was scared to watch and covered my eyes throughout the process. I also suffered anxiety and I believe it to be a fear in anxiety sufferers because if you ever had a seizure it would be a fact that you were not in control. Anxiety sufferers like to be in control so that they can control their anxiety to an extent

    It's not very likely unless you have an underlying condition. And you won't die from it usually unless you hit your head or choke or something. You're most likely fine.
