Pros and cons to go to school on saturday mornings?

The intendent of my town made an educational reform to make Saturday school compulsory and summer break shorter. In my opinion, I'm against this initiative.

    fact , schools are obsolete . computers can teach children faster cheaper and quicker. basically schools are babysitting services.

    School on Saturdays and shorter summer breaks are good ways for students to actually remember what they learn throughout the school year. It isn't much fun (even for teachers) but for people who want a better education, these things help. A lot of places worldwide have shorter summer breaks and some even implement Saturday school as well. Our American summer break became as long as it was because back in the day kids needed to work for their families over the summer with their agricultural work; families don't need that so much anymore. It's natural to be against this reform your superintendent is implementing, however, keep in mind they are only doing it for the betterment of your learning.
