I think console users tend to exaggerate how expensive a gaming PC is nowadays. Maybe that used to be true, and spending a huge amount of for cutting edge specs is still an option, but you don't have to spend a whole lot if you don't want to.
My last computer cost around $800 if I recall correctly, which is more than I would have spent if gaming weren't a consideration, but only about a console's-price more, and I needed a new computer anyway. It's not screaming fast or anything, but it does just fine.
And don't some of the consoles more or less require a subscription now? That's certainly not true of PCs.
PC is best Linux with Steam all the way. For Windoze games I use VirtualBox
MiniITX w/i7 3.4G & 16GRam, Samsung SSD
Yes Linux is the best for sure.
I predict Microsoft will turn to Linus sooner or later, its actually their only hope
Buying and Having a PC is really expensive but gives way much better graphics and game plays than the rest. Plus you can play any game that's in the market right now, even VR.
Yes, but VR is worthless ATM because it doesn't have any worthy games besides Valkyrie and that only one okay looking game
I don't care which, to be honest. They're all systems to play games on. I don't care about graphics, as long as the game is fun and runs at least 30 fps (anything lower looks like trash).
Of course, using a PC with nice graphics is always amazing, but if I use a console, I'll have no problem doing so.
People need to grow up with these stupid debates.
