Sure, but it's funny how in our society it's different for men. There's this "live fast, die young" type of mentality for us. Men are actually praised amongst their peers for sleeping with more women. A guy that has slept with more women is often more socially accepted and considered more of a man compared to a guy that is a virgin or has slept with very few. I personally think it's because men are more sexually accepting of people than women are. It's a trait I always thought was good of men to do as it showed that they will accept sexual relations with you even if you aren't a beauty.
However on the flipside I notice that women aren't willing to be as sexually accepting of people nearly as much as men are, which is something I always thought made women less complimentary on the subject of being sexually accepting of others.
I think women are often more picky just because
A.They get more offers
B.They are shamed if they speak about sex

I somewhat agree and disagree. There are women who may not get a lot of offers but would still not have sex with a man who is pretty lower than them on the scale of attractiveness.
I think women speaking about sex equals them being shamed is becoming too much of a cliche. Women typically won't just have sex with anyone who asks like men do, therefor they, the majority of women, have set that as the female standard and when women deviate from this female made norm, then they are devaluing themselves compared to the majority who set the norm.
