How is it that some racists aren't homophobes, some xenophobes aren't transphobes, etcetera and vice-versa? I don't get it

Those prejudices aren't good, but people have entirely separate reasons for why they have them. If they are against gays, its probably for religious reasons, if they are against black people its probably because they statistically have higher crime rates. I do not think that's a genetic trait, but rather due to social circumstances, and either way people should be judged individually. But some drag the conclusion that its actually genetic. For sexism, there are some overall mental differences between men and women, but they are are average, rather than universal
cause everyone is bias or prejudice to some point, it what we do with it learn how to overcome or try to force others to agree with us.

Just because they hate one group that's different doesn't mean they'll hate everyone who's different. It all depends on their individual experiences in life. XD
