Random burst of extreme joy

I go from wanting to die to experiencing an unexplained burst of joy, similar to when I drink but I wasn’t drinking. I just get this weird rush to be overly joyous and kind, then ends suddenly with almost tears. Even though I’m not violent during these rushes, I don’t feel in control of them.

    It does sound like mania/hypomania, but we can't diagnose from the Internet.

    Bipolar or manic depressant. I'm thinking bipolar. Go to a psychiatrist.

    Don't drink any alcohol for 2 months. See if your mood is more level then

      I don’t know how. Everybody else around seems to view my behavior as immature or a burden.

        And most people are not medical professionals. Granted I’m not, but checking yourself out is recommended, I have bipolar friends and you are showing symptoms of it.

            Mental heath should be taken seriously even though it’s looks minor to you, it might become worse with time.

    Sometimes I get this but to a minor extent. Being sad and then feeling happy. I’d check in with a doctor then a therapist of some sort if I were you however.
