Reading on my side

Whenever I read a book in bed I do it lying on my side, whenever I see people reading in bed in movies tv shows personal experience they do it propped up with pillows behind them.
I've tried this but found it quite uncomfortable.
I was just wondering if anyone else does the same.

    I lie on my back too when reading, but always seem to drop my book on my face : /

    Yes, I do it; In fact, I can't stay in one position for more that 5 min while reading a book. I dunno why. Maybe I don't have a confortable way to do it
