Recently there has been blood in my semen

I'm 23 and I have masturbated nearly every day for 10 years. One day a few months ago, I ejaculated blood with my semen. I waited about a week, and it was back to normal. There was no pain involved. Last Saturday and Sunday, this has happened again. On Saturday, when I want to pee afterward, a few drops of blood came out followed by only urine. On Sunday, the first half of my urine was pinkish, and then the rest was normal. There were no little drops of blood. I assumed that all this was associated with my painless ejaculation. I discovered 2 days ago a hard vein in my penis. I looked it up and it seems that it's likely a hardened lymph vein and it should resolve by itself. I'm very worried because i don't want to lose my fertility or my ability to have sexual pleasure. Sometimes, I feel a slight discomfort on my upper left butt cheek, just where i believe the prostate is. It's hardly anything and i'm wondering if i'm imagining it because of my worrying. I have not masturbated since Sunday. I'm scared to go to the doctor because I don't want a finger up my ass or any needles in my penis. By looking it up, I have heard that blood in semen is usually benign and should resolve on its own. I don't want this problem to be for the rest of my life. When I looked up prostate cancer, it said men well over my age are at risk. Since I'm only 23, I really don't think i have it. I don't know what I should do about this. How would a doctor even be able to evaluate me? Could a routine blood test help? My next well check up is in January. Please give me your thoughts on this. i don't want to die or be infertile.
