Redness around mouth?

I know this probably isn’t the best sue to be asking this on, but no medical website is telling me what to do. Basically, they said that what I have is caused by licking my lips too much, but I never lick my lips. I thought it was my moisturizer that was causing it so I stopped putting it near my mouth, but could using it on the rest of my face still cause this? Ive has this issue since May, and nothing I’ve tried has worked. I’m just wondering if anyone can help, but if not that’s fine.
