Religious question to think about

If our bodies are the temple of God than does that mean that each of us are God ? Or perhaps a part of him?

No that means it is a dwelling place for the Holy Spirit.... It becomes sacred...so take care of it. Stay healthy and all that jazz

Yes and no. It will depend in what you believe. Neither is right, neither is wrong. Just decide what you believe and behave accordingly.

  • Well if God created Jesus, and Jesus is part of God. (Catholics believe they are all one) And Adam and Eve were also made from God and we are their descendants wouldn't that make us part of him?

We're not God any more than your bedroom or kitchen is a literal, physical part of your body. His spirit spirit hangs out with us and moves us to help others when we can; that's my take on it.

In that setting I believe the meaning is that we are His vessel. Christians will generally not agree that we ARE God or even part-God though they will attest to becoming Sons of God or being fingers of God. To me it sounds like they're trying to skirt the edges because they consider anything more as blasphemous.
