Rock the casbah is my favorite song by the clash

I know Combat Rock wasn't a great album and London Calling is their magnum opus, but I've loved that song since I first heard it when I was 13. People will say "tHat'S wHeN tHeY sOlD oUt"

I am not a big Clash fan but yeah, combat rock was a decent release.
I liked "red angel dragnet"

I don’t even know that band, I just love that song because it was playing in the sopranos when Phil leotardo crashed his car lol 😂

  Nothing is wrong with liking that song, some diehard Clash fans may feel like that's when they sold out, but they've always been about incorporating different styles into punk music.

Dude, I was a huge Moody Blues, ELO, and Beatles fan, and I always detested punk, but I liked Rock the Casbah. Doesn't someone like me appreciating it prove that it's not _really_ punk and therefore it's the worst thing the Clash ever did?
