Take the door off the bathroom and enforce a communal pooping environment on everyone
Ask her to share, I don't mean timewise. Unless she's on the urinal and if that takes an hour and half there's more of a problem. There's nothing really that private about putting on make up or brushing your teeth.
Depending on the relationship between roommates even taking a shower while someone else is in the bathroom brushing their teeth or even peeing isn't that big of deal.
Has anyone told her she's hogging the bathroom? She sounds blissfully ignorant.
