Roommate vetting process, any tips?

I'm currently looking for a new roommate. I have done quite a bit of vetting but wanted to see if anyone had any more advice.

Has to be a hot chic with a fatass

No but seriously she obviously needs to be financially responsible. Number one thing is making sure she pays her rent. She needs to have a job and rent history.

Get someone that can actually pay their share of the rent. Thats the most important thing out of everything.

Find a homeless person. They make a lot of money for drugs which they can pay for rent instead.
