Roseisabella, question about yoga

Hi, I was talking to you on my post about being low energy and you suggested yoga. I'm thinking of giving it a try but I have a few questions. Is it better to begin with a class or to get a DVD at home? Also does it really help you focus? Aside from being not so flexible I have trouble concentrating and wondered if yoga can help with that.
Thanks! I would have sent a message but I wasn't able to for some reason:)

I'd say class first, with a proper qualified experienced teacher...so you don't twist or pull something the wrong way. Then try dvd later, esp one recommended by the teacher.

I think it's better to go to a class. If you're doing the positions incorrectly, the teacher will be right there to tell and you with that. A video can't do that.
