Rushing to the shops shopping for mundane items
You know my hectic lifestyle by now, I was rushing to the shops to get myself an affordable jacket.
Then as I was half-asleep I drank a service station coffee, a flat white.
I've noticed everybody else's hectic lives too, they're always on the go, either eating a hamburger and drinking a smoothie or rushing in suits with briefcases with paper cups of coffee.
I rush to the stores to get a hearty vegetarian sandwich and often I rush to the coffee shop for a decaf soy latte, and what a day, I'm on my mobile talking to my mother and going to the city to find that I'm peckish for chocolate so here I am buying chocolate-coated sultanas from Charlesworth Nuts and buying tumbler glasses, and trying on my new clothes in the change room before buying them.
It's crazy how people rush in, rush out as even the unemployed people are hectic, in fact teenage boys are in these hip Aussie stores buying popular clothes, very average women are in burger bars eating beefburgers, it's people like the average popular majority who buy average popular things.
In fact there's a balding man with a bad hair day in front of the cashier buying tobacco, there's a twenty-something guy buying cigarettes and some soft drink, there's me at Woolies buying 20 gram Rothmans Blue and a pair of Ventti papers, there's an old sexagenarian woman with a ton of shopping buying chicken, potato crisps, and some beef and stuff for the toilet.
That's what people normally do.
