Not always the chimney as some houses don't have them. But, it's historically accurate to say he comes in a sleigh, at least for parts of the world where there is snow.
Most modern houses and apartment buildings don't have chimneys. Also doesn't the sleigh fly? He parks it on rooftops and uses his Christmas magic to do his thing. Bada-bing! Bada-boom! Here's your present mf! NEXT! XD

According to the State of Florida; Santa does not do work.
I'm not sure how that affects his sleigh, or even if he uses one in warmer climates. But if he doesn't work then its not required for the sleigh to work either.
I knew a guy who plays Santa Claus at a store and at parties.
He said he has had two women this year that he has had sex with, that asked him to keep his outfit on. One was on location at the party. He said it happens every year, and he definitely comes more than once a year!
Who would have thought, I guess some people have some weird kinks.
Just fun to think about all the people that dress up as Santa, all those holiday parties and the amount of cookies being served.
