im scared of my own body. like im scared to touch any part of my body because it feels like its someone else touching me even though i know its my own self. im also scared of looking in the mirror because though it looks like me, i feel like it isnt me and that im looking at someone else.
You're not comfortable with who you are as a person, though self-preservation is admirable in this age of self-mutilation.
You might have a little depersonalization/derealization. It can go away with time.
Its normal, but a little strange. Its this simple: If you dont like it, dont do it. Dont make anyone force you if youre not comfortable with it. Most of all, dont feel obligated to yourself or anyone else. You might some day feel comfortable with someone else touching you.
That really does sound like dextromethorphan. Maybe you have a dissociative disorder?

Well than don't do it and stop concerning about. If you are not interested in sex, at least for the time being don't concern as well. It might pop up suddenly. You mustn't feel different coz of that.
Don't look in the mirror and don't feel weird. Things come by itself one day if the case. Is not the end of the world.
