Scary gaps

Every now and then when I start to think about an idea, or concept I completely whiteout. My body forgets how to function, not remembering how to breathe or swallow. I just had it really bad just now and it feels like your brain just shut off. Like a wave washed over it then just nothing for a good few seconds. Then pressure on the frontal lobe, accompanied by anxiety depending if you worry about it, It trips you out in other words.

Take a break from your computer. 30 minutes. Do it now.

    • Frontal lobe makes you think oculus nerves right, but it is further back then that. And it happens any time, when walking, sitting on the couch doing nothing. It is more around in the premotor cortex, and the fact our literature states "The functions of the premotor cortex are diverse and not fully understood." kind of suck.

      I actually found a good site on this <a href="https://www.dnalc.org/view/2101-Premotor-Cortex-.html" rel="nofollow">https://www.dnalc.org/view/2101-Premotor-Cortex...</a>

Fuck me it makes sense too, I have problems with empathy as an emotional thing and it is suppose to be for learning which is actually the same thing really so I am probably over stressing that learning aspect. So like you said just have to take a break here and there even if you're just thinking.

Tiredness, diet could all so cause this as well as many other things. Thanks a lot really, this is a major progression in my learning curve ironically speaking considering the issue at hand lol.
