Scrolling perfectly

Ok, whenever I am on a website with a paragraph or something that I am focusing on (like a game, etc) I always have to make that part perfectly fit evenly on the screen. I can't have like half of a line of text showing, or part of a picture not there. Is it just me?

    I do that all the time on my iPhone, lol. I vote normal.

    I'm with ya there! When on a game, the top of the game screen has to line up with the top of the computer screen.

    I always place the pointer right between two lines on the screen, it annoys me if I don't. Yes this is normal.
