My grandson is 7yrs..smart boy, ..but he has started to shake his hands if excited,..or is telling me things that have happened today,...or something he's made, ect...is that normal ?

    I know so many little boys who get so excited it comes out in their hands. I've not met any little girls who do this though.

    My nephew does this and sometimes jumps on his toes... not like jumping jack pace but like...rapid fire lol
