Sharp pain in toe

For some reason I am suddenly getting a sharp pain on one of the toes on my right foot whenever something touches it. It is on the bottom, and there doesn't appear to be any signs that i stepped on something sharp or anything. What should i do?

    If its not red and swollen theres probably nothing wrong. Sharp pains are common all around the body, they mean nothing most of the time. Stop being a pussy and man up.
