I have sciatica/periformis syndrome I cannot sit on a toilet without getting muscle spasms. So I dump in the shower and push it down the drain. Just for your information. You are always clean, and shitting is not longer a agonizing scenario
its piriformis syndrome BTW and yes more than one time i have crawled yo a shower and shit standing 2016 was spent in bed , it ruined my life at least 2017 i can sit stand and walk again had i not been retired i would have lost my job. doctors say its a muscle disease its not , a nerve is telling the muscle to cramp up its a nerve disease. muscle relaxing drugs , ibuprofen benadryl and b vitamin complex all work. its a neuropathy .
If it works for you, gross or not I wouldn't begrude you not wanting to be in pain.
But do they make any kinds of special toilets for these sorts of things? I doubt the plumbing of a shower is meant to handle that, you might end up with some serious clogs. I'd see if you can find some sort of specialty set up that's actually meant to flush solid particulates.

They don't make alternative toilets for people like you? Maybe a seat attachment that you can prop yourself up with.
There has to be another way. Maybe get a diaper or something, can't be less dignified than shower shitting.
