Should i ask her out?

So I know most of your answers might be just "YES" but, let me explain the situation.
I have a friend girl from high school that i've been close with for a while. We recently met up again, and we talked about a lot of things, about religion, the construction of western civilisation, capitalism ( ok ik this is like super cringe but hear me out) and it had been so long since I've had such thoughtful discussions and suddenly I felt like I was falling for her.

She always has a bunch of guys bothering her since really pretty and i feel like as one of her close male friends I have a responsibility in a way to not be like every other guy and just stay friend? I don't want to completely ruin this friendship because it means a lot. Is it worth going for it?

I feel like Ive pretty much hooked up with all my platonic chick friends at some point. Friendzone only exists to people who are faking a friendship to try to get into a relationship later.

You could try. I dont see my male friends that way but I know a lot of people go from friendship to relationship.

Yes, go for it. You’ll never know if you don’t and will always wonder about it.

Ask her out. Show her that you’re a man and not just her emotional support friend.

You should, it might be the first step for her to be your partner.

Relationship has different meanings and I'm sure both you and her can see it.

Since you're both close, go for it.
